Aren't we, humans becoming irresponsible?

Many people say 'have a degree from a good college, and get a job which would make you as rich as to buy anything that you dream of'... Yea that's true, but at some point shouldn't we have to look back and do our duties?... We as human beings are using every possible sources of energy in every aspect and most of them end up getting converted to HEAT... I have seen some educated people who don't even bother to throw the trash in the dustbin even if one tells to (Even uneducated people do that. They are not aware of the consequences, but we are!). Many educated ones get a comfort job, in the sense most comfortable place, where the summer doesn't feel hot, water doesn't wet us in the rainy days, etc... In summer we sit in an air conditioned room and someone working outside experiences the day hotter that it actually is, because of the hot air thrown by so called "make me comfort" devices. Isn't this unfair? Development is necessary, but at some point it should be controlled and we should take care of this beautiful mother nature. We consider earth as Godess in India and we are not doing our duty. No matter how small our efforts are, let's get on the work to save this earth and eventually human existence. If this article brings awareness to atleast one or so, homosapiens can leave their footprints for longer mmm...
